Hangzhou Boray Import and Export Co.,Ltd. was established in June 2004, with the main business of importing and exporting various goods and technologies. The company's export products mainly include shower rooms, bathroom cabinets, and massage bathtubs, etc. for bathrooms and fine chemicals, pigments; the sales area covers countries such as Europe, North America, and Southeast Asia; it has established long-term stable relationships with trade partners in countries such as the UK, France, Germany, Italy, the US, Sweden, Japan, and South Korea.
The company has been following international trends in its development, adhering to the pursuit of high quality, and has grown rapidly with its performance continuously improving. In the first year after its establishment, the company's export volume reached 6 million US dollars; in 2005, through actively expanding the market, the export volume achieved a qualitative leap, reaching 20 million US dollars, and the company won the Golden Dragon Award for Foreign Trade Export of Hangzhou; in the third year after its establishment in 2006, the export volume reached 30 million US dollars, and the company won the Golden Dragon Award for Foreign Trade Export of Hangzhou again. Even under the background of the financial crisis, our company has maintained a stable development.
In 2006, the company invested in the establishment of Hangzhou Bogao Furniture Co.,Ltd., focusing on the production of export furniture.
In 2011, we jointly established Cairui New Materials (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. with a related trading company, specializing in the production of organic pigments, with a production value of 180 million yuan in 2018.
In 2016, the in-house sales department was established on the basis of Bogao Furniture, producing the top-end woodwork of Jiuding with fashionable designs and excellent quality, winning the trust of high-end property owners.
In March 2019, Zhejiang Bona New Material Co., Ltd. was established for investment, focusing on the research, production, and sales of lithium battery materials, electronic chemicals, and biopharmaceuticals; later, Zhejiang ZeRui Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Bolang New Material Co., Ltd. were established successively.
